Some features require an account (created via email at purchase). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Credits are a prepaid virtual balance used to unlock readings. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire unless required by law. Prices and pack sizes may change; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
Kismet Unlimited is a monthly auto-renewing subscription granting unlimited readings for the billing period. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
You may not: use Kismet for anything unlawful; generate readings about a minor or a non-consenting third party in a harmful way; resell, scrape, or automate access; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
Kismet, its content, and software are owned by MYCREAM CYP LTD or its licensors. Reading text generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Readings are generated using third-party AI providers. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability of generated content.
Kismet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYCREAM CYP LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).
We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
