Kismet sells digital content (readings) and prepaid credits delivered immediately and electronically.
Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases. However, by starting a reading (using a credit) you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that content, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK law). Unused credits and an unstarted subscription period remain within the withdrawal window unless/until used.
Credits already used to generate a reading are non-refundable (the content was delivered). Unused credit balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
Kismet Unlimited renews monthly; cancel anytime to stop future renewals. We do not provide partial refunds for a period already started, except where required by law.
If a reading failed to generate due to a technical error on our side, contact social@mycream.ai and we will re-credit or refund that transaction.
Email social@mycream.ai with your account email and the transaction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
